Helps prepare supervisors to understand their team members and effectively structure their team. This interactive course is offered onsite with worksheets, examples and an analysis of teams. After completion, supervisors will be better equipped to optimize their team functionality, resolve team conflicts and understand who to best leverage team personalities.
Training is targeted at new supervisors, or individuals needing refresher training on current practices.
